District Services. Except as may be expressly provided in this Contract, as set forth in any subsequent written agreement between the Network and the District, or as may be required by law, the Network will not be entitled to the use of or access to District services, supplies, or facilities. Such agreements by the District to provide services or support to Network Schools shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Contract, except as may be otherwise agreed in writing.
