Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. FUNERAL EXPENSES The City shall expend a sum of money not to exceed $30,000 for funeral expenses to the heirs of any Unit member who dies while on active duty from injuries incurred while performing his/her job or who dies as a direct cause of such injuries. This amount includes any amount already available for this purpose in accordance with California State Labor Code Section 4701.
Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.
