Call-Back/Call-In to Work. An employee who is called back to work 2 after completion of his/her regular assignment, called in or called 3 back to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, 4 shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the 5 appropriate rate, regardless of the actual time worked. In computing 6 overtime in connection with said situations, a reasonable amount of 7 travel time may be included. 8

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.

  • Call Back Number A telephone number that can be used by the PSAP to re-contact the location from which a 911/E-911 Call was placed. The telephone number may or may not be the telephone number of the station used to originate the 911/E-911 Call.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.
