Common use of Divers' Stipend Clause in Contracts

Divers' Stipend. All qualified employees assigned to SCUBA diving activities shall, when actually diving in the water, including training activities, be compensated at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) an hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay.
