Division of Responsibility for Maintenance and Repair. The Contractor shall be obligated to operate and maintain the Transfer Station during the term of this Contract and to return the Transfer Station to the County at the termination of this Contract in the same condition as the Contractor finds it, reasonable wear and tear excepted, pursuant to §4.16 below. The County shall be responsible for major structural repair to the Transfer Station Building during the term of the Contract, including structural supports, roof and tipping floor, to the extent said repairs are not required due to the willful or negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor.
