DIVISION QUALIFICATIONS. (a) Extra Operators will be required to qualify, when eligible, for the different lines and classes of work filled at the Division to which assigned. At the Rail Divisions, all Train Operators will be required to qualify for the different lines and classes of work filled at the Division to which assigned. All Train Operators must maintain their bus operating qualifications for the purpose of operating alternate bus service, if necessary, as provided for in Article 4, Section 2 (h).
