Divisional and District Allowance. 5.16.2 Divisional and district allowances outlined in Schedule S1.11 (Wages, Salaries and Allowances) of this Agreement will be paid to employees for all purposes of this Agreement in addition to the employee’s wages.
Divisional and District Allowance. In addition to the rates of wages set out in this Agreement for the Southern Division, Eastern District, the following amounts shall be paid to employees to whom this award applies employed in the Divisions and Districts referred to hereunder: Per Week $ Southern Division, Western District 1.05 Mackay Division 0.90 Northern Division, Eastern District 1.05 Northern Division, Western District 3.25 The Divisional and District allowances for junior employees shall be half those prescribed for adult employees.
