DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE. Unless provided otherwise in the C3 Hub Order Form, each of the Document Management option and the Compliance option will be automatically included with C3 Reservations. The annual Customer’s total storage capacity for each of these options will be equal to the number of Transactions performed multiplied by 1 Megabyte. Nevertheless, the maximum amount of storage capacity for a single Transaction cannot exceed 20 Megabytes. C3 will save and regularly back up such stored documents as described in the C3 Hub Customer Data Policy.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE. Unless provided otherwise in the C3 Hub Order Form, each of the Document Management option and the Compliance option will be automatically included with C3 Reservations. C3 will save and regularly back up such stored documents as part of Customer Data as more fully described hereafter. Additional Professional services may be provided to the Customer. The provision of such services will be governed by the terms of this Agreement. The C3 Hub Order Form shall then set forth any relevant additional terms and conditions such as a description of the services to be provided and payment obligations. The parties acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise specifically stated in a the C3 Hub Order Form, any timelines, resources and/or costs provided by C3 concerning the provisions of such services only represents C3’s good faith estimate and does not represent a warranty.

  • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract. The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT The Parties shall manage this Framework Agreement in accordance with Schedule 14 (Framework Management).
