DOCUMENTATION AND PROFESSIONAL CHARGES. 20.1 M/s. X.X. Xxxx & Company, Solicitors & Advocates of 0X, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxx, Kolkata – 700001 shall draw all documents and drafts required in connection with the purchase of the said unit and other units in the said residential complex as envisaged therein and the Purchaser shall pay the Professional Fees to X.X. Xxxx & Co. for preparing drafting for execution and registration of the documents in relation to transfer of the said Unit in favour of the Purchaser as shall be decided by the Owner/Promoter.
DOCUMENTATION AND PROFESSIONAL CHARGES a. Advocate appointed or nominated by the Promoter shall be responsible for draw all papers documents and drafts required for and/or in connection with the various common purposes relating to the said building and formation of the Holding Organisation as envisaged herein and such documents containing covenants to be observed on the part of the parties hereto as in the sole discretion of the said Advocate be determined to be reasonable and the costs and expenses of the same shall be borne and paid by the Buyer/Allottee proportionately with the other flat owners and such costs and expenses shall be paid by the Buyer before taking physical possession of the said Flat the Buyer despite his/her/its obligations to pay the remuneration and fees to the said Advocate shall be at liberty to consult any other lawyer/ advocate for any independent advice PROVIDED HOWEVER such consultation for independent advice will not absolve the Buyer of his/her/its liability

[●], the Advocate of the Owners has prepared this Agreement and shall also draft the Deed of conveyance and/or transfer in respect of the said Unit including all other deeds documents and instruments as may be necessary and/or required and the Purchaser commits himself/herself/itself to accept such drafts and/or deeds documents and instruments as shall be prepared by [●] excepting that the Purchase shall be entitled to obtain an independent advice, PROVIDED HOWEVER this will not absolve the Purchaser to make payment of the fees of [●] as hereinafter appearing:

Xxxxx & Company, Solicitors and Advocates of Xx. 00, Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 700 001 has prepared this agreement and shall draw all papers documents and drafts required for and/or in connection with the various common purposes relating to the said building as envisaged herein and such documents containing the covenants to be observed on the part of the parties hereto shall be at the sole discretion of the said Advocates and may be determined by them to be reasonable and the costs and expenses of the same shall be borne and paid by the Purchaser. The Purchaser despite their obligations to pay the remuneration and fees to the said Advocates, shall be at liberty to consult any other lawyer/advocate of any independent advice PROVIDED HOWEVER such consultation for independent advice will not absolve the Purchaser of their responsibility to pay the remuneration as herein provided.
DOCUMENTATION AND PROFESSIONAL CHARGES. 14.1 The Advocate has prepared this Agreement and shall draw/draft all the papers and documents and instruments required for and/or in connection with the Said Premises and/or the Project and/or the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant Thereto including the Final Deed as also each of the deeds, documents etc. envisaged herein and/or as determined by the Developer from time to time, and each of the deeds, documents etc. shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars and/or covenants and/or stipulations as the Developer may approve and/or deem fit and proper, and the Purchaser covenant(s), undertake(s) and commit(s) to accept each of such drafts, deeds, documents, instruments etc. as shall be prepared by the Advocate without any dissent or demur, bearing in mind the rights and interests of all the Apartment Holders, provided that the Purchaser shall be entitled to obtain independent advice which shall however not absolve the Purchaser from his/her/their/its liability to make payment of the legal/professional fees and documentation charges payable by the Purchaser to the Developer.
DOCUMENTATION AND PROFESSIONAL CHARGES. 10.1 The Stamp Duty, registration charges, Legal Charges and incidental expenses for and/or in relation to execution and registration of the Deed of Conveyance in respect of the said Flat and for obtaining approval and consents necessary for such transfer and also any other assurances deeds required to be made for or in relation thereto shall be borne and paid by the Buyer.

Xxxxxx, Solicitor & Advocate of Xx. 0 Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 0xx xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 000 001 has prepared this Agreement and shall draw all papers documents and drafts required for and/or in connection with the various common purposes relating to the said building and formation of the Holding Organization as envisaged herein and such documents containing covenants to be observed on the part of the parties hereto as in the sole discretion of the said Advocate be determined to be reasonable and the costs and expenses of the same shall be borne and paid by the Purchaser proportionately with the other Unit owners and such costs and expenses shall be paid by the Purchaser before taking physical possession of the Said Unit . The Purchaser despite his obligations to pay the remuneration and fees to the said Advocate shall be at liberty to consult any other lawyer/ advocate for any independent advice PROVIDED HOWEVER such consultation for independent advice will not absolve the Purchaser of his liability to pay the remuneration as herein provided to Xx. Xxxxxx. The fees of Xx.Xxxxxx shall be i) Rs. 10,000/- for preparation of this Agreement, ii) Rs 10,000/- for preparation of the Deed of Conveyance and for registration thereof.

Xxxxxx), Solicitor and Advocate of Xx. 0, Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, the Advocate of the Sellers have prepared this Agreement and shall also draft the Deed of conveyance and/or transfer in respect of the said Unit including all other deeds documents and instruments as may be necessary and/or required and the Purchasers commits himself/herself/itself to accept such drafts and/or deeds documents and instruments as shall be prepared by Xx. Xxxxxx excepting that the Purchasers shall be entitled to obtain an independent advice PROVIDED HOWEVER this will not absolve the Purchasers to make payment of the fees of Xx. Xxxxxx as hereinafter appearing:

Xxxx & Company, Solicitors & Advocates of 0X, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxx, Kolkata – 700001 shall draw all papers, documents and drafts required in connection with the said Apartment and other Apartments in the said building as envisaged therein and the Allottee/Purchaser shall pay the Professional Fees to X.X. Xxxx & Co. for preparing drafting for execution and registration of the papers, documents in relation to transfer of the said Apartment in favour of the Allottee/Purchaser as shall be decided by the Promoter/Developer.
