Documentation of Charges. Dynegy shall furnish Producer with documentation establishing the actual charges incurred by Dynegy and borne by Producer under Sections 2.6.1, 2.6.2 and 2.6.3. Such documentation shall reflect the method of allocation of such charges between Dynegy and Producer. Upon agreement of the Parties, amounts paid by Dynegy and borne by Producer under Sections 2.6.1, 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 may be netted against amounts Dynegy is obligated to pay Producer for Committed Gas delivered under this Agreement.

Such documentation shall reflect the method of allocation of such charges between NGC and CUSA. Such documentation shall reflect the method of allocation of such charges between Purchaser and Seller. Upon agreement of the Parties, amounts paid by Purchaser to be reimbursed under Sections 2.3.2.2 and 2.3.2.3 may be netted against amounts Purchaser is obligated to pay Seller for Committed Gas delivered under this Agreement.
