District will have consultants hired by the District provide their required documentation to Architect for such filing.

Any closeout documentation not received within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of the Commonwealth's request will be documented in the contract file as Supplier non-compliance. Supplier’s non-compliance may affect any pending payments due the Supplier, including final payment, until the documentation is returned.
