Common use of Dogs Clause in Contracts

Dogs. No dog to be brought into or kept in the area of the Allotments by the Tenant or by anyone acting with his/her authority or approval unless it is secured on a leash at all times and not allowed on any other plot. • The Tenant must not permanently keep or kennel any dogs on the land. • The Tenant is responsible for hygienically removing all dog fouling for appropriate disposal off site and comply with Dog Fouling Byelaws.
