Domestic or Sexual Violence Leave. Where leave from work is required due to an employee and/or another eligible person as defined by the Employment Standards Act (“the Act”) experiencing domestic or sexual violence, the employee will be granted leave in accordance with the Act, and specifically will be granted, paid and unpaid leave in each calendar year as follows:
