Domestic Terminal Rate. (A) The Domestic Terminal Rate for Signatory Airlines shall equal the quotient of (1) the Total Signatory Domestic Terminal Contribution for that year divided by (2) the total number of all Signatory Airlines’ Deplaned Passengers and Enplaned Passengers (excluding (I) Deplaned International Passengers and (II) Deplaned and Enplaned Local Passengers) during that year.
