The FIS Facility Fee shall be equal to the sum of Operation and Maintenance Expenses, Debt Service, Debt Service Coverage, Debt Service Reserve Requirement, Operation and Maintenance Reserve, Non-amortized Capital Expenditures and Amortization Charges attributable to the FIS Facility divided by projected total international Deplaned Passengers using the FIS Facility during the Rate Setting Period.
