Domestic Violence Victims Leave. Domestic Violence Victims Leave shall be granted in accordance with State and Federal Statutes. Employees may use accrued leave or take as unpaid leave. The City may limit an employee’s leave if it creates an undue hardship on the City, causing significant difficulty and expense.
