Common use of Donation of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Donation of Vacation. An employee may donate up to forty (40) hours of accrued vacation to another Unit employee who has suffered a catastrophic illness or injury and who has exhausted all full pay and half-pay illness leave, and all other paid time.
