Dongles Sample Clauses

Dongles. Licensee is responsible for loss or damage of all dongles received by ST Software as part of the licence. In case of loss of a dongle, ST Software has the right to terminate the licence and ST Software is not obligated to replace any lost dongle. Damaged dongles may be returned to ST Software and will be replaced. ST Software reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover the costs in that case.

Dongles. Cargill may provide Customer with a dongle as part of the delivery of Software or Services. Broken or faulty dongles will be replaced for the cost of the replacement dongle, postage and packing. The inoperative dongle must be returned to Cargill on receipt on the new dongle and satisfactory installation. In the event of a dongle theft, Xxxxxxx may, at its own discretion, issue a replacement dongle. Xxxxxxx, however, will require proper evidence of theft (such as a police or insurance report) and will need to be satisfied that diligent steps were taken to recover the dongle. Failure to return the dongle or provide satisfactory evidence of theft or destruction will incur a re- issue charge of 50% of current software list price.

Dongles. Format Solutions no longer offers dongles as part of the delivery of Software or Services. In the event of a broken or faulty dongle that is already in use, or the theft of a dongle, all users on the license will be converted to a product key with electronic activation. The inoperative dongle must be returned to Format Solutions. If the dongle is not available to return due to theft, Format Solutions will require proper evidence of theft (such as a police or insurance report) and will need to be satisfied that diligent steps were taken to recover the dongle. Failure to return the dongle or provide satisfactory evidence of theft or destruction will incur a charge of 50% of the current software list price.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Science Take two courses, each from a different section. At least one of the courses must include a lab. A.
