Doors, Windows and Window Coverings. The skylights and windows that reflect or admit light into any place in the Complex shall not be covered or obstructed by the Tenant, and no awnings, curtains or blinds shall be installed without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Windows and doors shall not be left open so as to admit rain or snow or to interfere with the heating or cooling of the Complex. The Tenant shall not and shall not permit its employees, contractors, agents or invitees to throw anything out of the windows or doors of the Complex or into any passageways, stairways, lightwells, or elevator shafts of the Complex.

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.
