Wheeled Vehicles. All attendees are welcome to utilize wheeled carts or cases to carry their catalogs and other materials collected at the show. The carts or cases may only have two wheels with a wheelbase of no more than 12” from outside wheel to outside wheel. Collection boxes on carts can be no wider than the cart, or larger than 15” in any dimension. PPAI reserves the right to remove any cart or case from the show floor at its discretion. Drums and barrels will not be allowed on the show floor.

Wheeled Vehicles. All wheeled vehicles used within the Leased Premises shall be equipped with rubber wheels and rubber guards so as not to damage the floors and walls of the Complex. No motorized vehicles shall be permitted for loading or unloading or parking purposes within the Leased Premises other than electrically or propane operated material handling equipment, except with the prior written consent of the Landlord, and the Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of any regulatory agency having jurisdiction in that regard, in the use, operation and storage of all such equipment. SCHEDULE "E" METHODOLOGY TO DETERMINE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE BASIC RENT RATE If any adjustment to the amount of the Basic Rent payable by the Tenant under section 3.1 of this Lease is required by the provisions of section 3.1 of this Lease, the amount of that adjustment shall be calculated in accordance with the methodology set out in this Schedule "E". If adjustments are required because of cost increments or decrements pursuant to more than one of the provisions of section 2 below, then only the net effect of those adjustments shall be considered for computing the effect of those adjustments on the amount of Basic Rent payable by the Tenant.
Wheeled Vehicles. Use or permit to be used on the demised premises any hand trucks, dollies and/or any other wheeled vehicles unless they are equipped with rubber tires.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Sublessee shall have the right to use during the Term the office furnishings and equipment within the Subleased Premises that are identified on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date (the “Furniture”), provided Sublessee may only use the Furniture located in the Second Floor Premises after the Second Floor Commencement Date. The Furniture is provided in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever. Sublessee shall insure the Furniture under the property insurance policy required under the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, and pay all taxes with respect to the Furniture. Sublessee shall maintain the Furniture in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the same occurring during the Term. Sublessee shall surrender the Furniture to Sublessor upon the termination of this Sublease in the same condition as exists as of the applicable Delivery Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not remove any of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessee may provide Sublessor with written notice one (1) time not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date that lists any items of Furniture that Sublessee does not want to use and Sublessor shall, at no cost to Sublessee, remove such items from the Subleased Premises prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date and such items shall no longer be considered Furniture hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Sublessee is not in default beyond the expiration of any applicable cure or grace period as of the date of the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, which condition may be waived by Sublessor in its sole discretion, then upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Furniture shall become the property of Sublessee, and Sublessee shall accept the same in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever except as provided in the Bill of Sale referred to in the following sentence. In the event the Furniture is to become the property of Sublessee upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease pursuant to the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, then Sublessor agrees to execute and deliver to Sublessee a Bill of Sale in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto conveying and transferring to Sublessee the Furniture.

  • Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.
