5.1.7 DO attack the fire from the windward side with the fire fighting aid. By so doing, the wind will carry the flame with smoke and fumes away from the fire fighters and at the same time, carry the extinguishing agent into the fire.

A complete Trouble Ticket consists of Customer's Name, Account Number, Caller Name, Caller Phone Number, Caller Email Address and Possible Destination IP address / Type of Attack.

5.2.5.1 Make a request in writing for a credit from Company within thirty (30) days of closing the Trouble Ticket related to the DoS event.
5.2.5.2 Related Trouble Ticket number.
5.2.5.3 Document the circuit ID for the affected site.
5.2.5.4 The calendar month that the SLA was missed.
