Downtown Area Streets. CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping 41 Service for each curb mile of the downtown area streets in the CITY twice per week on a 42 scheduled route basis. However, in those instances where the scheduled Street Sweeping 43 Service day falls on a Holiday, CONTRACTOR shall adjust the route schedule as set forth in 44 Article 3.09.

Downtown Area Streets. CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping 30 Service on downtown area streets commencing no earlier than 12:00 a.m. and terminating no 31 later than 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday with no service on Saturday (except for holiday 32 service as set forth in Article 3.09 of this Agreement in which case normal Collection hours may 33 be utilized or as set forth in 12.08 hereof) or Sunday. The hours, days, or both of service may be 34 extended due to extraordinary circumstances or conditions with the prior verbal consent of the 35 City Representative.
Downtown Area Streets. Contractor shall provide street sweeping service for each curb mile of the downtown area streets in the City twice per month on a scheduled route basis. However, in those instances where the scheduled street sweeping service day falls on a holiday, Contractor shall provide street sweeping services on the following scheduled sweeping service day.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility.   • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
