Draft and Final Reports. Xxxxxxx must submit a draft final report and final report electronically to the CDFW Grant Manager by the dates listed in Section 6.03.6 – Schedule of Due Dates and Deliverables (Draft Final Report and Final Report). The Draft Final Report and Final Report must summarize the life of the Agreement and describe the work and results pursuant to Section 6 - Project Statement. The CDFW Grant Manager will provide Grantee a sample final report template.

Draft and Final Reports. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will develop draft reports for the General Plan and Major Thoroughfare Plan. The report will be compilations of items produced as part of previous tasks. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will present draft plans to staff, Planning Commission, and Board of Mayor and Xxxxxxxx. We will incorporate feedback on the draft report and create a final draft.

Draft and Final Reports. Prepare Draft Report The Draft Report will synthesize the work of the interim reports and project deliverables, as well as address input or comments received on them. The Draft Report will be a comprehensive documentation of the study process, methodologies, findings, and recommendations. The PSC, stakeholders, the public, and other parties identified by the MPO and CTP staff will all have the opportunity to review the Draft Report and provide feedback. Prepare and Present Final Report Following review and receipt of comments on the Draft Report, our team will prepare the Final TDP Report. Our team will be on site to present the Final Report to the appropriate governing and advisory bodies. We will provide 10 full-color bound copies of the report for your internal distribution, as well as a digital copy so you can print additional copies if you wish and post on the MPO’s website. In addition, we will provide electronic copies of all background information and data used for and developed during the project. The Draft Final Report and Final Report must summarize the life of the Agreement consistent with the Watershed Restoration Grants Program goals and describe the work and results pursuant to Section 6 - Project Statement.   • Records and Financial Audit The Contractor shall maintain detailed time and expenditure records that indicate the date; time, nature and cost of services rendered during the Agreement’s term and effect and retain them for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. The records shall be subject to inspection by the Agency, the Department of Finance and Administration and the State Auditor. The Agency shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment. Payment under this Agreement shall not foreclose the right of the Agency to recover excessive or illegal payments

  • Technical Reports deliver to the Agent, and shall procure that the Manager shall deliver to the Agent, on request copies of the latest complete technical reports in respect of the Vessels.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.
