Draft Final and Final Reports. The Reports shall give a detailed description on the methodology of the 2004 Study, give an analysis of the habitat mapping results, and determine changes in the boundaries and area of each habitat type. The Reports shall also describe the study methodology for ranking areas in terms of conservation values, define the conservation classification categories, discuss the results of field truthing surveys and review of existing information. Where appropriate, comparisons should be made with the previous studies. The Reports shall also give an account on the results, findings and conclusions of the reviews, analysis, field truthing surveys, investigations and other inquiries carried out (including, inter alia, daily field truthing survey log and results) by the Contractor. All data and information gathered from the 2004 Study should be included. The Contractor shall update the existing terrestrial habitat map and conservation assessment map showing the results of the habitat mapping and conservation ranking exercise respectively. The updated terrestrial habitat map and conservation assessment map should be printed in the form of a 1:20,000 colour vegetation plan. The Contractor shall produce hard copy versions of the maps with consideration of scale limitation arising from the plotting of very small areas and conventional colour used for specific categories. The Contract shall ensure that the maps are also available in an interactive GIS format used in the Previous Studies. The Contractor shall also ensure that the statistical interpretation of the terrestrial habitat map and the conservation assessment map described above allow conclusions drawn from the maps to be qualified by a discussion of uncertainty in the underlying data sets, thereby increasing the reliability of the system.
