Draft Final Report. The Contractor is required to submit the Draft Final Report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer’s Representative and Contracting Officer will review the Draft Final Report and provide the Contractor with comments in accordance with the dates set forth in Section F.2. of the contract.
Draft Final Report means a draft investigation report that is sent in confidence to a Government entity in Namibia, other States and organisations involved in the investigation, inviting their significant and substantiated comments on the report;

Draft Final Report. The CONSULTANT will work with the Glendale PM to develop a plan that includes: bicycle and pedestrian facility improvements, spot improvements, future studies, and recommended programs that address the Six E’s (Engineering, Education, Enforcement, Encouragement, Equity, and Evaluation). The final report will include pertinent information from previous working papers as well as the following: o Engineering:  Final Prioritized Project List  Technology recommendations o Education:  Using trends identified in the crash analysis, recommendations for targeted programs directed to pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists  Identification of existing education programs at state, regional, and local agencies or nonprofit organizations where Glendale could participate o Enforcement:  Identification of hot spot pedestrian or bicycle related crash locations to determine potential enforcement options  Identification of enforcement issues that were raised during the public outreach process or identified during the crash analysis o Encouragement:  Identification of existing programs that encourage people to walk or bike at state, regional, and local agencies or nonprofit organizations where Glendale could participate  Recommendations for wayfinding signage for pedestrians and bicyclists  Recommendations to address identified issues with state, regional, and local law enforcement agencies o Equity: Identification of opportunities to improve social, public health, and geographic inequity in the active transportation network o Evaluation and Planning: Identification of performance metrics to evaluate, plan, and track project progress over time.
