Draft Stormwater Data Report. ▇▇▇▇ will prepare a Stormwater Data Report (SWDR) to document the decision-making process associated with stormwater best management practice (BMP) implementation and serve as a basis for compliance. The consultant will use the latest “Long-Form” SWDR template and attachments and will follow the guidance of Caltrans’ Project Planning and Design Guide (July 2017). The Draft SWDR will be prepared during 30% design and the Final SWDR prepared during 65% design under Task 4.2. The SWDR will be submitted to the County for review prior to being submitted to Caltrans. This scope assumes one review of the Draft SWDR by the County and two reviews by Caltrans.
