Draft Tube. (a) The draft tube shall generally comprise a draft tube elbow, draft tube cone, stub pipe, and steel liners. The last portion of the draft tube shall be in concrete, the construction of which forms part of the civil works contractor. A block-out opening of anchor bolts or spindle layout shall be provided for the civil works contractor for installation of the steel draft tube sections to be embedded in first stage concrete. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the proposed concrete shape arrangement is such as to achieve the guaranteed turbine efficiency. (b) The design of the draft tube elbow, draft tube cone, stub pipe and liner shall ensure stiffness against vibration and deflection due to hydraulic loads; the design shall also provide adequate strength against both internal and external pressure. (c) The draft tube elbow shall be of fabricated steel construction with flanged connections for attachment to the discharge ring and stub pipe. A minimum diameter of 200 mm inspection hole complete with cover shall be provided for inspection of the discharge side of the runner. The inside of the cover plate shall be flush with the inside surface of the bend. (d) The draft tube liner shall be securely anchored to the surrounding concrete and shall be provided with adequate longitudinal and circumferential stiffeners and anchor straps. The Contractor shall provide to the civil works contractor all necessary anchor bars for embedment in the first stage concrete. (e) All ribs, stiffeners, box-sections and the like attached to the liner shall be provided where appropriate, with ample cut-outs adjacent to the shell plate to allow the free flow of grout along the surfaces. (f) Each section of the liner shall be adequately stayed to prevent distortion during transport, storage, erection, and concreting. (g) The steel draft tube liner sections shall be installed by the Contractor in the block out provided by the civil works contractor. (h) Second stage concrete for embedment of the draft tube liner will be provided and placed by the Contractor.

  • DRAFT ▪ Grade the road surface, turnouts, and shoulders to the original shape on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET to provide a smooth, rut‐free traveled surface and maintain surface water runoff in an even, unconcentrated manner. ▪ Blading shall not undercut the backslope or cut into geotextile fabric on the road. ▪ If required by the Contract Administrator, water shall be applied as necessary to control dust and retain fine surface rock. ▪ Surface material shall not be bladed off the roadway.   • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request. These documents may include, but are not limited to, certificate(s) of insurance, job descriptions and background check confirmations of staff.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Purchase Order Pricing/Product Deviation If a deviation of pricing/product on a Purchase Order or contract modification occurs between the Vendor and the TIPS Member, TIPS must be notified within five (5) business days of receipt of change order. TIPS reserves the right to terminate this agreement for cause or no cause for convenience with a thirty (30) days prior written notice. Termination for convenience is conditionally required under Federal Regulations 2 CFR part 200 if the customer is using federal funds for the procurement. All purchase orders presented to the Vendor, but not fulfilled by the Vendor, by a TIPS Member prior to the actual termination of this agreement shall be honored at the option of the TIPS Member. The awarded Vendor may terminate the agreement with ninety (90) days prior written notice to TIPS 0000 XX Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000. The vendor will be paid for goods and services delivered prior to the termination provided that the goods and services were delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the terminated agreement. This termination clause does not affect the sales agreements executed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member customer pursuant to this agreement. TIPS Members may negotiate a termination for convenience clause that meets the needs of the transaction based on applicable factors, such as funding sources or other needs. Usually, purchase orders or their equal are issued by participating TIPS Member to the awarded vendor and should indicate on the order that the purchase is per the applicable TIPS Agreement Number. Orders are typically emailed to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. • Awarded Vendor delivers goods/services directly to the participating member. • Awarded Vendor invoices the participating TIPS Member directly. • Awarded Vendor receives payment directly from the participating member. • Fees are due to TIPS upon payment by the Member to the Vendor. Vendor agrees to pay the participation fee to TIPS for all Agreement sales upon receipt of payment including partial payment, from the Member Entity or as otherwise agreed by TIPS in writing and signed by an authorized signatory of TIPS.

  • Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.

  • Contract Form Observe the Contract and confirm the form number on the Contract is on the List of Approved Contract Forms.

  • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. The Delivery Schedules (based on Requirement Letter RL182) are available as a guide to indicate proposed delivery points and estimated annual requirements. Delivery Schedules may be revised or clarified as necessary. Any specific questions regarding the site conditions should be directed to the end-user at the telephone number shown on the Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedules are available upon request. Contractors shall be obligated to deliver under the Contract to any State agency which places a purchase order under the Contract, whether or not such delivery location is identified in the Delivery Schedules. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.
