First Stage definition

First Stage means, for each Station, the period of time commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement and continuing until the date on which CNI commences use of the CNI Digital Channel on that Station.
First Stage means the initial set of NP project activities carried out by the NP Administration Service project team;
