Common use of DRAPERIES Clause in Contracts

DRAPERIES. It is agreed that all draperies and window coverings are clean and in good condition. Upon termination of this tenancy, Xxxxxx agrees to have all draperies and window coverings cleaned at Tenant’s expense. Failure to clean window coverings will result in a minimum Fifteen Dollar ($15) per drapery charge against Xxxxxx’s security deposit.

Failure to clean window coverings will result in a minimum Fifteen Dollar fifteen ($1515.00) dollars per drapery charge against Xxxxxx’s security deposit.

Upon termination of this tenancy, Xxxxxx agrees to have all draperies and window coverings cleaned at Tenant’s expense. Failure to clean window coverings will result in a minimum Fifteen Dollar Thirty Dollars ($1530) per drapery charge against Xxxxxx’s security deposit.
