Drill and Blast. Contractor shall prepare and deliver a blasting plan and schedule to Owner for its review and approval prior to the initiation of any blast. Contractor's blasting plan shall clearly set forth the manner in which Contractor proposes to perform the blasting safely, minimize dilution of Ore, minimize general movement and re-handling of extracted Ore and Waste, minimize cost and deliver Ore of the appropriate dimensions, type and grade to the Primary Crusher.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
