Driver and Employment Eligibility. 1. Any safety sensitive employee who, pursuant to any of the required resting above, is found to have an alcohol concentration of .02 or greater but less than .04 shall not be permitted to perform safety sensitive functions for at least 24 hours provided the employee has passed a return to duty test with an alcohol concentration of less than .02. Such employee shall be place on unpaid leave or may use vacation on a first offense under this Section 45.3 A.1 for a random test until he/she is fit to return to duty.
