DRIVERS MUTUAL CONCERNS. Section A- Mutual Concerns The Parties agree to meet no less often than one (1) time per month (excluding July, August and winter break) to discuss mutual concerns not directly related to contract negotiations or pending grievances. A meeting will be held in a given month only if one of the Parties submits to the other at least three business days before the date set for the meeting a written agenda listing specific issues for discussion. The Parties acknowledge that this committee will include representatives of the Association and Employer but that no matter which may require a change in the Agreement may be approved by the committee without the approval of the unit.
