The provisions of the Manual shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of the Master Agreement.

SYSTEM FOR PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE/PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. The progressive discipline steps will be followed unless the seriousness of the violation or indication of unprofessional performance, such as illegal, unsafe, gross, or immoral activity, warrants stronger disciplinary action on the first occasion. Multiple unrelated offenses over a short period of time may also justify disciplinary action at a different step. The guiding concern for this process, where applicable, shall be the safety and welfare of KPS students Step 1 - First Offense or Indication of Unsatisfactory Performance. The driver will have a conference with Management about the problem in question. If an oral reprimand is issued, the issuing supervisor will make a note to the employee's file as to the date, the infraction, the circumstance, and the parties present at the disciplinary notification. The driver will be provided a copy of this record. An oral reprimand has an active file life of six (6) months.

  • Progressive Discipline The Employer will follow the principles of progressive discipline. Disciplinary action shall be commensurate with the offense. Disciplinary action shall include:

  • Performance Improvement Xxxxxx Permanente and the Coalition are competing in a challenging market that is characterized by a limited workforce, changes in technology, changes in clinical practice, cultural diversity, changing demographics and high demand for quality service. Under this Agreement, the parties will work together to: » develop and invest in people, including the development of and investment in managers, supervisors and union stewards; » engage employees at all levels; » align the systems and processes that support the achievement of organizational and Partnership goals; » enhance the ability of Coalition unions to advance their social mission and the welfare of their members; » recognize and reduce parallel structures; » ensure joint management-union accountability for performance; » grow membership; » redesign work processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency and work environment; » develop and xxxxxx unit-based teams; » share and establish expectations regarding broad adoption of successful practices in areas such as service, attendance, workplace safety, workforce development, cost structure reduction, scope of practice and performance-based pay; and » communicate with employees on an ongoing basis regarding performance goals and targets, as well as performance results at all levels of the organization. Each regional LMP council shall develop approaches aimed at reducing variation between medical centers, facilities and departments in the resources available for partnership. In particular, such a plan should: » ensure at a regional level there is adequate time for teams to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and test changes to drive improvement; and » provide regional or facility support to departments as needed to cross-cover or backfill and jointly determine the most cost-effective manner to provide the support.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions:

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Performance Improvement Process 9.5.1 The purpose of the Performance Improvement Process is to remedy or mitigate the impact of a Performance Factor. The Performance Improvement Process may include: a requirement that the Hospital develop an Improvement Plan; or an amendment of the Hospital’s obligations as mutually agreed by the parties.

  • CORRECTIVE MEASURE The contractor shall repair any deficiencies in excess of the performance guideline.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES 8 A. CONTRACTOR shall achieve performance objectives, tracking and reporting Performance 9 Outcome Objective statistics in monthly programmatic reports, as appropriate. ADMINISTRATOR 10 recognizes that alterations may be necessary to the following services to meet the objectives, and,

  • Key Performance Indicators 10.1 The Supplier shall at all times during the Framework Period comply with the Key Performance Indicators and achieve the KPI Targets set out in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators).
