Common use of Driving Assignment Clause in Contracts

Driving Assignment. Drivers having completed the probationary period are eligible to receive a minimum of six (6) hrs. per day. Assignment of a six (6) hour day is contingent upon required, necessary, extracurricular, and field trip bus runs as determined by the Superintendent and, or Director of Transportation.
