Individual Negotiations. The College shall not negotiate with an individual or individuals with respect to the hours, terms, wages, and/or conditions of employment.

Individual Negotiations. The BOARD will in no event negotiate individually with any Employee, nor shall there be any Bargaining Agreement made other than this Agreement, unless same be made through duly authorized representatives of the UNION.

Individual Negotiations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' organization other than the Association during the duration of this Agreement. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teacher individually during the duration of this Agreement on matters covered by the provisions of this Agreement. This shall not be construed to preclude the issuance of individual teacher contracts by the Board to new and non-tenured teachers, provided only that any such individual teacher employment contract shall conform to this Agreement.

Individual Negotiations. Nothing herein shall prevent any individual covered by this Agreement from negotiating directly with an Employer and entering into an individual agreement with respect to terms and conditions of employment.

Individual Negotiations. ‌ Management will not negotiate individually with employees concerning matters that are controlled by this Agreement. Informal discussions between an employee and Management, which are of a personal nature or concern problems personal to the employee, are not prohibited by this Section.

Individual Negotiations. No WNBA Team shall fail or refuse to negotiate with, or enter into a Player Contract with, any player who is free to negotiate and sign a Player Contract with any WNBA Team, on any of the following grounds: (a) that the player has previously been subject to the exclusive negotiating rights obtained by another WNBA Team in a WNBA Draft; or (b) that the player has become a Restricted Free Agent or an Unrestricted Free Agent; or (c) that the Player is or has been subject to a Right of First Refusal. The fact that a Team has not negotiated with, made any offers to, or entered into any Player Contracts with players who are free to negotiate and sign Player Contracts with any Team, shall not, by itself, be deemed proof that such Team failed or refused to negotiate with, make any offers to, or enter into any Player Contracts with any players on any of the prohibited grounds referred to in this Section 3.

Individual Negotiations. (a) Employees engaged under this Agreement may individually negotiate improved benefits in advance of the terms of the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council Enterprise Agreement 2005. (b) Such terms must be mutually agreed in writing by the Chief Executive of the CS&HISC and the individual and may not extend beyond the life of the Agreement.

Individual Negotiations. The Company and employee may negotiate individually in respect of matters particular to their situation, which may include items such as, but not limited to, enhanced primary care (health assessments/ care plans), salary, leave & education. Recognition and/or reward may include, but is not limited to: • Contract rate for work performed outside ordinary hours. • Hourly rate for work performed during ordinary hours. • Bonuses / incentives • Or combinations of the above
