Driving Training Cooperation Agreement. Pursuant to the driving training cooperation agreement (the “Driving Training Cooperation Agreement”) dated [●] 2021 entered into by our University with Keda Driving School, our University has agreed to cooperate with Keda Driving School on provision of driving training courses to the public, in which Keda Driving School shall provide driving training courses at our Guangzhou Campus and our University shall provide venue for conducting such courses. The term of the Driving Training Cooperation Agreement is from the [REDACTED] to August 31, 2023, and renewable unless terminated by either party by serving written notice to the other party within 30 days prior to the expiration of the Driving Training Cooperation Agreement (subject to compliance with the provisions under the Listing Rules regarding continuing connected transactions). Our University shall be entitled to receive RMB500 from Keda Driving School for each student who graduates from the training courses of Keda Driving School because, in line with the market practice, students of Keda Driving School are entitled to refund of the tuition fees prior to their graduation and subject to the refund policy.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:
