DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE. The University of Washington, UW Medicine, and/or Harborview Medical Center has the right to update, develop, and/or implement a policy on drug and alcohol free workplace. Prior to taking such action, the Employer will provide sixty (60) days’ notice to affected employees and the union.
