DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING FOR REASONABLE CAUSE. A. Employees may be tested for alcohol and/or drug misuse when a trained supervisor has reasonable suspicion to believe that the employee has been impaired by drugs or alcohol while in the scope of his/her employment.
