DSI MSO Dealer’s Loss of Programming Relationship and Notification Obligations. Following termination of this Agreement, (i) DSI MSO Dealer shall no longer have any right to provide or be involved in the provision of the DIRECTV SMATV Programming nor xxxx or collect for any DIRECTV SMATV Programming, (ii) DSI MSO Dealer shall direct all SMATV Establishment and DSI MSO Dealer Property inquiries regarding the DIRECTV SMATV Programming to DSI (or such other party as specified by DSI), (iii) DSI may notify the DSI MSO Dealer Properties that DSI MSO Dealer’s relationship with DSI/DIRECTV has terminated and direct all inquiries relating to DIRECTV SMATV Programming to DIRECTV (or such other party as specified by DIRECTV), and (iv) within ten (10) days of any request by DIRECTV, DSI MSO Dealer shall send written notices (if Dealer bills and collects any fees for DIRECTV SMATV Programming any such notice shall provide that the DSI MSO Dealer Property shall cease paying DSI MSO Dealer for such programming and start paying DIRECTV) to all DSI MSO Dealer Properties notifying them that DSI MSO Dealer’s relationship with DIRECTV has terminated and referring all inquiries relating to DIRECTV SMATV Programming to DSI (or such other party as specified by DSI). The form and substance of such notification shall be subject to DSI’s prior written approval. DIRECTV’s and DSI MSO Dealer’s Obligations with Respect to DSI MSO Dealer Properties. Following the termination of this Agreement, (i) DSI/DIRECTV may, at its sole discretion, continue to deliver DIRECTV SMATV Programming to DSI MSO Dealer Properties (any such delivery shall be subject to DSI/DIRECTV’s then-existing requirements for the provision of programming, as DSI/DIRECTV determines in accordance with its sole and absolute discretion, and any other terms to be mutually agreed upon between the former DSI MSO Dealer Property and DSI/ DIRECTV), (ii) if DSI MSO Dealer is collecting any fees for the DIRECTV SMATV Programming, at the election of DSI/DIRECTV, until DSI/DIRECTV can assume billing and collection activities, a receiver may be appointed by DSI/DIRECTV or a bank account may be established by DSI so that such funds go directly to such account and not to DSI MSO Dealer, (iii) DSI or a substitute SMATV System affiliate may enter into a new agreement with the former DSI MSO Dealer Property for the continued delivery of DIRECTV SMATV Programming, (iv) if requested by DIRECTV, DSI MSO Dealer shall cooperate with DSI/DIRECTV to enable DSI or a substitute SMATV System affiliate to perform and complet...

For any other error or question you have involving the billing statement of the participating merchant, you must contact the merchant directly. We are not responsible for investigating such errors. - Any other exceptions as established by the Credit Union.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
