Duplicate Records. MINNESOTA LIFE shall produce duplicate computer tapes or discs of all RECORDS being maintained by MINNESOTA LIFE in connection with its administration of the PROGRAM. Duplicate RECORDS shall, at all times, be kept in a place of safekeeping as approved by the DEPARTMENT.
