CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. The categories of records involved in the matching program include, but are not limited to, the last four digits of the applicant’s Social Security Number, date of birth, state of residence, and first name and last name. The National Verifier will transfer these data elements to the Department of Housing and Urban Development which will respond either ‘‘yes’’ or ‘‘no’’ that the individual is enrolled in a qualifying assistance program: Department of Housing and Urban Development, Federal Public Housing Assistance.
CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. Department of Defense (DoD), as the source agency, will provide to VA the eligibility records on DoD individuals consisting of data elements which contains specific data relating to the requirements for eligibility including data on member contribution amounts, service periods, and transfer of entitlement. VA will match on attributes, including Social Security Number (SSN), DoD Electronic Data Interchange Personal Identifier (EDIPI—or VA_ID), Date-of-Birth, Last Name, and File Identification Number.
CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. Federal Tax Information (FTI) and social security information generated as a result of computer matching activity with records from the IRS and SSA. The records may also include, but are not limited to, correspondence between HEC, Veterans, their family members, and Veterans’ representatives such as Veterans Service Officers (VSO);
CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. The categories of records involved in the matching program are SSN, date of birth, sex code, and Medicare data, including the assigned MBI, Medicare enrollment status, and address. DMDC will provide CMS with a finder file for the Under and Over 65 Populations to match against an assigned CMS Health Insurance Claim Number (HICN) or MBI which are contained within EDB. The finder file sent from DoD will contain SSN, date of birth, sex code, and first and last name. The finder file will be used for SSN matching against an assigned HICN or MBI number. CMS will provide DoD with a reply file which will contain SSN, date of birth, sex code, first name, last name, and Medicare data. DMDC will provide data for approximately 10 million beneficiaries from DEERS to CMS for matching on a weekly basis. CMS will provide a reply file containing all appropriate matched and failed responses.
CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. VBA will furnish the IRS with records in accordance with the current IRS Publication 3373, DIFSLA Handbook. The requests from VBA will include: The Social Security Number (SSN) and name Control (first four characters of the surname) for each individual for whom unearned income information is requested. IRS will provide a response record for each individual identified by VBA. The total number of records will be equal to or greater than the number of records submitted by VBA. In some instances, an individual may have more than one record on file. When there is a match of individual SSN and name control, IRS will disclose the following to VBA: Payee account number; payee name and mailing address; payee TIN; payer name and address; payer TIN; and income type and amount. SYSTEM(S) OF RECORDS: VBA records involved in this match are in ‘‘VA Compensation, Pension, Education, and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Records—VA’’ (58 VA 21/22/28), a system of records that was first published at 41 FR 9294 (March 3, 1976), amended and republished in its entirety at 77 FR 42593 (July 19, 2012). VBA applicant or beneficiary and (when applicable) of such individual’s spouse from the Information Return Master File (IRMF), Treasury/IRS 22.061, as published at 80 FR 54081–082 (September 8,2015).
CATEGORIES OF RECORDS. The record, or information contained in the record, may include identifying information such as name, Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, training days and paid active duty days.

IRS will match SSA’s information with its Information Return Master File (IRMF) and disclose to SSA return information with respect to unearned income from the IRMF [Treasury/IRS 22.061], as published at 77 FR 47946 (August 10, 2012), as amended by 80 FR 54081–082 (September 8, 2015), through the Disclosure of Information to Federal, State and Local Agencies program.
