Common use of Duration and Notice Clause in Contracts

Duration and Notice. Subject to the provisions of Clauses 3.3 and 18.1, the Employment shall continue unless and until terminated at any time by: (a) the Company, which must give to the Executive not less than twelve months’ prior written notice of termination of the Employment; or (b) the Executive, who must give to the Company not less than twelve months’ prior written notice of termination of the Employment.
