Duration and Survival. This Addendum will become legally binding upon the effective date of the Agreement or upon the date that the Parties sign this Addendum if it is completed after the effective date of the Agreement. Service Provider will Process Company Personal Data until the relationship terminates as specified in the Agreement. Service Provider’s obligations and Company’s rights under this Addendum will continue in effect so long as Service Provider Processes Company Personal Data.

Duration and Survival. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, the terms of this Part 6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement as set out herein. Except with the prior consent of the Company, the obligations of the Executive under such Part shall not be in any way diminished or otherwise affected for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the breach by the Company of any term or condition of this Agreement or the termination of this Agreement.
Duration and Survival. Notwithstanding the termination of the Term and of the Employee's employment by the Company, this Agreement will continue to bind the parties for so long as any obligations (including, without limitation, Employee's obligations under Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12) remain to be performed under the terms of this Agreement.
