Providing that the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) approves the body of this Agreement, the effective date of the contract shall be thirty-one (31) days after execution by the Parties hereto. Both dates (execution and approval) will be made part of the Agreement prior to distribution.
