DURATION OF LEASE. The duration of the Lease hereby granted shall be 11 months unless otherwise renewed for further period by mutual consent and may be extended for further period of 11 months and at a time and similarly further extended upto a maximum term of 5 years from the date of handing over of the Cellar premises.
DURATION OF LEASE. The lease begins on the day of arrival at 4pm and ends on the day of departure at 10am. Access after 7.30pm will incur a €20 surcharge and €50 after midnight.
DURATION OF LEASE. The Lease will begin on ("Start Date") and continue on a month-to-month basis until the Lessee relinquishes the storage space and terminates this Agreement.
DURATION OF LEASE. This lease, which shall commence on April 1, 2004, is authorized for the duration of three, six or nine years, and shall expire on March 31, 2007, March 31, 2010, or March 31, 2013, which date shall be the sole choice and responsibility to be undertaken by the Lessee and if the Lessee wishes to change the expiration from the first or the second three year period, he must give six months notice. Any leave must be accomplished though an extrajudicial act.

DURATION OF LEASE. The term of this Agreement shall be for such periods and at such times (“Bookings”) as set forth in the Attachment A, made a part hereof, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
DURATION OF LEASE. 4.1. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall take effect with effect from the Commencement Date and terminate on the Expiring Date or the Termination Date, when it shall, subject to the provisions of this clause 4, automatically expire
4.2. The Lessor shall not more than 80 (EIGHTY) and not less than 40 (FORTY) business days prior to the Expiry Date notify the Lessee in writing of the impending Expiry Date, and shall in such notice to the Lessee indicate –
4.2.1. that, unless terminated at the option of the Lessee, this Agreement shall after the Expiry Date automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, subject to any material changes as indicated in clause 4.2.2;
4.2.2. a list of all material changes proposed by the Lessor to this Agreement as would be required in the event of the automatic continuation of this Agreement in accordance with clause 4.2.1 or a renewal of this Agreement in accordance with clause 4.2.3 and which material changes may not be contrary to the Consumer Protection Act;
4.2.3. the option available to the Lessee to renew this agreement for a further period of 12 (TWELVE) months, provided that such option shall only be available to the Lessee if the Lessee has faithfully carried out the terms and conditions of this Agreement and is not in breach of a material provision of this Agreement as at the Expiry Date; and
4.2.4. that the Lessee may opt to –
4.2.4.1. terminate the Agreement on the Expiry Date; or
4.2.4.2. terminate the Agreement on any other date by mutual consent.; or
4.2.4.3. continue with the Agreement on a month-to-month basis as contemplated in clause 4.2.1; or
4.2.4.4. exercise its option to renew the Agreement as contemplated in clause 4.2.3.
4.3. Any dispute as to the amount of any rental payable by the Lessee upon the automatic continuation or renewal of this Agreement, shall be determined by a professional valuer registered in terms of the Property Valuers Profession Act 47 of 2000.
4.4. Without prejudice to clauses 4.1 and 4.2, the Lessee may at any time during the existence of this Agreement on 20 (TWENTY) business days’ notice to the Lessor terminate this Agreement, provided that upon such cancellation –
4.4.1. the Lessee shall remain liable to the Lessor for any amounts owing to the Lessor in terms of this Agreement up to such date of cancellation; and
4.4.2. the Lessor shall be entitled to charge the Lessee a reasonable cancellation penalty as determined in accord...
DURATION OF LEASE. The duration of the Lease hereby granted shall be ONE YEAR as aforesaid and may be extended further for a period of ONE YEAR on the same terms and conditions with an Annual Increase that may be mutually agreed.
DURATION OF LEASE. 1. The Lease is contracted for a duration of ten years. It begins on handing over.
2. LESSOR GRANTS LESSEE THE OPTION TO RENEW THE LEASE FOR ANOTHER FIVE YEARS. LESSEE'S DECLARATION TO EXERCISE ITS RIGHT OF OPTION HAS TO BE RECEIVED BY LESSOR NOT LATER THAN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO EXPIRY OF THE TENTH YEAR OF CONTRACT. THE DECLARATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
3. WHEN LESSEE REMAINS IN POSSESSION OF THE LEASED PROPERTY AFTER EXPIRY OF THE LEASE, THE LEASE IS NOT TO BE REGARDED AS RENEWED. SECTION 568 GERMAN CIVIL CODE BGB IS NOT APPLICABLE. CONTINUATION OR RENEWAL OF LEASE AFTER ITS TERMINATION MUST BE AGREED IN WRITING.
DURATION OF LEASE. This Lease shall remain in effect from 10/12/2023 until 4/30/2024, as limited by Paragraph X hereof. Any amendments hereto shall be effective as of the date of Xxxxxx's notice to the Lessee, unless otherwise stated in the amendment.
