DURATION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 7.1.1 Any Contract including the provision of Maintenance Services based on an order which is accepted by Guru Technology pursuant to condition 2.1 is, until the Go-Live DateGo-Live Date, conditional on Guru Technology providing confirmation by email to the Client that the terms stated on the Order Form of the applicable Contract for Maintenance Services do not contain any errors or omissions. Subject to this condition 7.1.1 and in consideration of (and subject to) the payment of the Annual Support Charge each year by the Client, Guru Technology shall supply to the Client the Maintenance Services in accordance with the Contract.
