Examples of Original Option in a sentence
A Reload Option provision provides that if the Eligible Person pays the exercise price of shares of Stock to be purchased by the exercise of an ISO, NSO or another Reload Option (the "Original Option") by delivering to the Corporation shares of Stock already owned by the Eligible Person (the "Tendered Shares"), the Eligible Person shall receive a Reload Option which shall be a new Option to purchase shares of Stock equal in number to the tendered shares.
The Reload Option shall not be exercisable until one year after the date the Reload Option is granted or after the expiration date of the Original Option.
The price at which each share of Stock covered by the Reload Option may be purchased shall be the market value per share of Stock (as specified in Section 5(c)) on the date of exercise of the Original Option.
Except as set forth herein, the Original Option Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
The Additional Option shall be for a number of Shares equal to the number of Shares so delivered, shall have an Option Exercise Price equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of exercise of the Original Option, and shall have an expiration date no later than the expiration date of the Original Option.
