Duration of the Benefit. Inpatient benefits are provided for as long as the hospital stay is determined to be Medically Necessary by the PPO and not determined to be Custodial, Convalescent or Domiciliary Care, except for mastectomy Covered Services as set forth in Section 3.14 of this Certificate. In addition, the number of inpatient days when utilizing a Non-Preferred Provider is specified on the Schedule of Benefits.
