Hospital Stay means a Medically Necessary overnight confinement in a Hospital when room and board and general nursing care are provided for which a per diem charge is made by the Hospital.

Hospital Stay means an in-patient stay or a day-patient day or any attendance at a hospital during the provision of services described in item 1 of the table to Article 1 of Schedule 1 while the insured person was maintained in accom- modation other than private hospital accommodation;

Hospital Stay. Covered Charges incurred with respect to a Hospital stay shall be applied toward the Major Medical deductible. All related charges will be paid at one-hundred percent (100%). The eighty percent (80%) co-insurance provision will not apply. If the charges for this condition exceed $2,000, all other unrelated Covered Charges will be paid at one-hundred percent (100%) for the remainder of that Calendar Year. If Hospital charges do not exceed $2,000, other unrelated charges will be paid at eighty percent (80%) until the total of all charges reaches $2,000.
