Duration of the loan. The repayment date for the loan is 30 June 2019 (the “Repayment Date”), on which date the CB will be fully repaid in accordance with the conditions set out in article 3 below, subject to early repayment in accordance with article 3.2 below and, in all cases, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement.
Duration of the loan. V.1. The duration of the Loan (hereinafter the “financing period”) is specified in the Agreement, during which time it is understood that the financing period always ends on the date the Loan instalment is due.

All completed Drawings during the Syndication Period shall have a maximum duration of one (1) month and expiration date which shall not be later than the last day of the Syndication Period.
